Mecosta’s 2nd Annual Little Bear Artisan and Makers Fair
Vendor & Live Art Application, Rules, and Regulations
The event will take place in downtown Mecosta, M-20 will be closed during the festival. The event runs from 10am-5pm
Cost for ONE booth space is $25.00, Booth spaces are 10×10
Booth space fees will go towards the Village of Mecosta Fireworks and the Art Fair.
THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT, NO ELECTRIC OR WIFI AVAILABLE
Vendors must bring their own tent (tents must be weighted), tables, and chairs. Artists must bring all their own supplies. Vendor/artist booth set up starts at 7:30. Vendors must be ready to start by 10:00am and stay set up until 5:00. Please DO NOT start packing up early. This is a juried event, just because you submit an application does not mean you will receive a spot. You must provide photos of what you intend to sell, photos of your booth set up at a previous event (if available) and/or a sample of your previous projects (live art only). After submitting your application you will receive an email asking for your photos.
